Before anything, I want people to know that before I buy almost anything, I read the reviews. I purchased this course with no reviews in yet because I thought to myself, well I already have a Shift and it has helped me tremendously, investing in a eCourse that now gives me techniques can only help improve how I deal with stress, right? So I started this course the minute it came out. I honestly want to thank Komuso for providing guidance with these breathing techniques and help putting them into action. Found the course to be practical, effective and easy to follow. Best part is, I can log in and watch any video I might want to work on again on any day! Honestly, I can’t recommend this course enough. Invest in yourself, invest in your mental health!

pleasantly surprised by how calm it makes me feel and that I can use it whenever and wherever I want. It helps me think clearer and pulls me straight out of my head when I get to overthinking and stressing! love it and I probably will never take it off :)

Shift and Smoking & Anxiety

Got the Shift to help with quitting smoking . I love it ! I believe it will help. Only thing I wish for is a free app to remind me to breath and how to breath properly. I am very busy during the day at work and pulling up the website is hard .Overall when I remember how to use it , it really does help.
