Flex Fidget Breather
breathe through it. bite it. flex it. play with it.
Flex fidget breathers that make it fun to be calm.
Flex fidget breathers that make it fun to be calm.
Why was this created?
In the middle of a meeting, I realized that I kept fiddling with my pen. Just feeling the pen’s texture gave me this distinct sense of relief. I looked at the pen, then looked at my breathing necklace and the idea of a multi-sensory tool was born. Fiddle gadgets are nothing new, but Flex combines the power of breathwork with fidgeting sensations to give you a handheld lifeline, that’s kinda fun too.
How does it work?
We designed Flex in soft medical grade silicone with raised walls and textured bristles that are soothing to touch and fun to play with. Whenever you feel tense, nervous, bored, or anxious; you can also breathe through Flex to unleash long exhales that trigger your nervous system to lower heart rate and cortisol to make you feel better. Simple, flexible, smart.
What’s in the free course?
Included with your purchase of the Flex multi-pack, our Co-Founder Todd created a digital course that coaches you on how to use the tool to unleash powerful breathing techniques and sensory methods to create healthy daily habits. We want you to develop The Komuso Way of slowing down to feel better. No smoke, no chemicals, no screens…just a flexible tool for the kind of person who could use a breather once in a while.
